I make my share of calls, send texts, and surf the Internet on my iPhone, but mostly I use the thing for playing games. I play way more games on my iPhone than I ever thought I would. With the iPhone being such a great gaming platform, I am always on the lookout for new games to try out. Today I am going to look at a game called Deer Hunter 3D. This game is one of my arcade favorites so read on for all the details on the Deer Hunter 3D for the iPhone.
I have played my share of MMORPG games. I tried World of Warcraft a few times, but the fantasy game isn’t my favorite genre and I just didn’t get into the game that much. I have often wished for a good MMO shooter, obviously PlanetSide doesn’t count.
THQ has announced that it will be launching a new MMO shooter called CrimeCraft. The game is set for pre-order in stores on June 7. CrimeCraft is a game that allows players to found their own gang and fight to destroy rival gangs.
I am a big fan of shooters on PC; I typically prefer them to be of the first person variety. I have played some third person shooters and often times the controls are the weak link in third person titles. Konami has announced a new third person shooter is in development that could be the most realistic shooter ever produced.
The game is to be called Six Days in Fallujah and is based on historically accurate data from the battle for Fallujah during the Iraq war. The battle for Fallujah was the largest urban battle in 40 years. Konami says that to develop the game 32 US Marines were involved and the development team used battle plans, after action reports, photos, videos, and satellite maps of the area to add unmatched realism.
Upgrading the bow and arrow aint no walk in the park. The thing is perfected already. It’s lethal, efficient, fairly portable too. It’s been around for awhile. Somehow, the folks over at Thinkgeek have managed to make the weapon even cooler. Messier too. The Bow and Mallow shooter at long last combines archery with marshmallows. Check out the video below to see it in action.
Man, if I were still a kid, I could think of about a hundred different ways to get in trouble with this thing. I would think it would be perfect for Mischief night. While others are soaping up windows and TP’ing houses, you and a few friends could do stuff like, I don’t know, completely cover cars in marshmallows and the like. Loads of fun.
