I-O Data ALIMO IAT-PSR701 Android Tablet

I-O Data has unveiled the new ALIMO IAT-PSR701 Android tablet. This tablet has Google Android 2.2 Froyo and a 7-inch (800×480) display screen.

Other features include Bluetooth 2.0 (HSPA/A2DP), Adobe Flash Player 10.1, Wi-Fi, a 3.2MP rear camera and a front-facing 2MP camera. The I-O Data ALIMO IAT-PSR701 will be launched in August of this year for 34,800 Yen which is $442.

I-O Data has launched the I-O Data HDCA-UT3.0K external HDD. This storage device delivers 3TB of storage space and a USB 3.0 port, which is backwards compatible with the USB 2.0 interface we all know and love.

It is also compatible with Microsoft Windows, Linux and Mac OS. Probably the most interesting feature is that it can also be used to record TV shows if you have a TV with a USB HDD recording mode. The new I-O Data HDCA-UT3.0K 3TB external HDD will cost you 27,720 Yen (or $314).

Ultra Slim External Blu-ray Burner from I-O DataI-O Data has unveiled their latest external Blu-ray burner, the BRP-US6. The BRP-US6 connects to your notebook via the USB 2.0 port and keeps things slim. Some specifics include 6x burning for BD-R SL, 2x for BD-R DL/BD-RE and 6x reading with BD-ROM discs.

The drive will also burn DVD-R/+R at 8x, 6x on DVD-RW/+RW and 5x on DVD-RAM discs. It measures just 137mm x 154mm x 20mm and weighs in at 330grams.

I-O Data's latest 3TB external HDDCheck out I-O Data’s latest 3TB external USB 2.0 HDD that looks like a NAS with a dedicated passive cooling system (fanless). It’s not the sexiest thing we’ve ever seen, but it’s pretty attractive.

The HDC2-U series sports two HDDs on the inside along with all of it’s hopes and dreams about a long working relationship with you. The HDC2-U will be available in Japan in the middle of July for about 50,900 Yen or $527.

The I-O Data Mini Keyboard might be for you if you find that you can’t type quickly with the keypad on your cell phone. It connects with your handset via Bluetooth and allows you to type away as if you were using a standard QWERTY computer keyboard.

Granted, you will look like strange typing on this, but what are you gonna do? If you do need this device, you probably have a ton of e-mails you want to deal with while on-the-go, in which case it’s an ideal solution. Or maybe you’re just addicted to SMS. No word on price just yet or availability.
