mBrace adds a handle to your MacBook Pro

Posted in MacBook by Conner Flynn on January 20th, 2011

Man, it is so tough to carry around a Macbook Pro. If only it had some sort of handle that could make you look like a business douche. Well, such a thing actually exists. It’s a new invention posted on the Kickstarter website. The new mBrace adds a carrying handle to your 15″ unibody Macbook Pro to help you carry it around the office.

The handle is made from high quality Acetal plastic and is incredibly strong Uretek fabric. It easily secures to a Macbook and can be left in place without affecting its day to day use.

Shuttle X50 all-in-one with lunchbox handleI keep thinking that this thing should have some snazzy A-Team or Superman graphics on it. Anyhow, Shuttle has gone official with its new X50 all-in-one PC, which takes aim at ASUS’ Eee Top.

With this one you’ll get a 15.6-inch 1,366 x 768 touchscreen, with an Atom 330 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, a built-in 1.3-megapixel webcam and microphone, and a five USB 2.0 ports. Sadly it appears that you can’t order one just yet, but it should be available by the end of the month for around $500.

Control Freek Tennis Racquet with air-conditioned handle

Control Freek Tennis Racquet with air-conditioning handle
Control Freek has a new and unique tennis racquet that aims to prevent sweaty palms by including an air-conditioner in the handle. I suppose this is big news for the Tennis world because sweatty palms will lose you matches and hurt your grip.

No batteries required. It was specially designed to capture air in the handle every time you swing the racquet. That air comes out through the holes and onto your palm, hopefully improving your game. I’m not sure that this would work, but if you’re the sweattiest palmed Player on the court it will cost you $275 to cool off.
