Green-House unveils three USB 3.0 External SSD Drives in Japan

Green-House has a trio of new external SSDs arriving by the end of the month. Arriving in Japan anyway. These drives come in three sizes, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB and you can expect USB 3.0 connectivity along with a 220MB/s read speed and 180MB/s write speed.

Those of you with USB 3.0 ports will feel the need for speed as you transfer files much faster. They cost the equivalent of $339, $503 and $997. Speed kills…the wallet.

Green House reveals 15.6-inch USB monitor

Greenhouse Japan has announced its 15.6-inch GH-USD16K USB secondary monitor. It boasts a 1366 x 768 resolution display and weighs less than 3 pounds, with 18bit color depth and a brightness of 220 nits. As a bonus, it will only draw 5 watts of Serial Bus power.

The monitor can also clone or extend the connected computer’s screen if that’s what you need. If you like what this one offers, it should start shipping early next month in Japan for about $214.

Looking for a new flash drive? Greenhouse holds the key. Their new line of USB flash drives has the form of a key. These are made of a highly durable material. The 4GB flash drives are equipped with a USB 2.0/1.1 interface and support for Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 as well as Mac OS X 10.4 or later.

They come in both silver and gold color options and you can expect them to start shipping in early October for about 3,480 Yen (or $41 yankee dollars).
