Mitsubishi 92-inch 840 3D DLP Home Cinema TV

Mitsubishi is releasing their not so affordable 92-inch 840 3D DLP Home Cinema TV next month. It features a resolution of 1080p, so that you can enjoy your high-definition Bluray and DVD movies the way they were meant to be seen.

The HDTV also uses DLP rear-projection technology, features a built-in emitter, four HDMI inputs, Bluetooth for audio streaming, the Jade user interface and a 120Hz sub-frame refresh rate. It’s priced at a steep $5,999.

BenQ MW512 Compact 3D DLP Video Projector for Japan

BenQ will be releasing the MW512 Compact 3D DLP video projector for the Japanese market. This one is designed for schools, offices or home theaters and the BenQ MW512 can project a 60-inch wide screen with 2D or 3D videos. Whichever you like.

It measures 265mm x 210mm x 100mm and weighs in at just 2.6Kg. It also features WXGA resolution (1280×800) with a 4000:1 contrast ratio and a 2800 ANSI lumens brightness. The BenQ MW512 Compact 3D DLP video projector will cost you 98,000 Yen in Japan (or $1,190).

Mitsubishi LVP-XD95ST DLP ProjectorMitsubishi has just rolled out its newest compact DLP projector. One dubbed the LVP-XD95ST. The projector is scheduled for a May 18 release and will cost you €770.

For that €770 you’ll get a 1,024 x 768 resolution image on your screen or wall and it has the ability to throw a massive 60″ image from just 1.1 meter away. This thanks to its super short focus lens. Some other specifications include 2,200 lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of 2,000:1.

Dell 4310WX DLP projectorDell’s 4310WX DLP projector is now available. It will deliver 1,280 x 800 resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio. It’s great for your living room and can also be used for business presentations or in the classroom. You’ll get 3,500 lumens brightness and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio.

Some other features include a remote control with an integrated laser pointer, VGA input, two component/analog D-sub inputs, an HDMI 1.3 and DisplayPort input and Ethernet jacks. The 5W speakers won’t deafen anyone, but they will get the job done.

ViewSonic Short-throw DLP ProjectorViewSonic has officially introduced its new short-throw DLP projector, the PJD5351. It weighs in at just 5.5 pounds and comes packed with 2500 ANSI lumens, a 2,000:1 contrast ratio and 1024×768 XGA resolution.

It has a throw ratio of 0.9 and is capable of producing 50-inch images from three feet away. The projector also sports digital zoom and manual focus capabilities, with dual RGB, component, composite and S-Video inputs to support multiple devices.

Dell preps DLP projector with dual VGA, HDMIOn Wednesday Dell quietly updated its projectors and added the 4210X. This brand spanking new 4210X DLP projector from Dell comes with an HDMI input so you can enjoy high definition movies. The 4210X also supports dual VGA connectors allowing you to connect two computers simultaneously.

It boasts a brightness level of 3,500 lumens and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, an Ethernet jack, component, RCA and S-video connectivity options. The device will produce resolutions up to 1024×768 (with input support for up to 1080i) and has fairly strong image quality.

BenQ debuts dual lamp projector

BenQ SP920

BenQ recently launched a new dual lamp DLP projector. It is known as the BenQ SP920 and you’ll find it available come June.

The BenQ SP920 offers 280W dual lamps to output what BenQ says is the “same 6000 lumens as the competitions’ dual 300W bulbs for a 23.5% optical efficiency.” This lumen output is adjustable, including a special “Dual Brightest” mode, which employs the entire 6000 lumens for projection.
